The Pete & Vic Duo (2007–2019)

Swing jazz from the golden age of American song.

  • Pete Ehrmann – Vibraphone
  • Vic Dillahay – Guitar

Vibraphonist Peter Ehrmann and Guitarist Vic Dillahay began working together in a modern jazz group, but the music of the swing era soon became their focus. “We would have rehearsals with Graphite Addiction but they often ended before Pete and I were ready to stop playing” explained Vic. “Since Pete’s vibes were already set up we decided he and I might as well play a few more tunes.” Those “few more tunes” soon turned into several dozen standards drawn from the golden age of American song and the after hours jam became a regular group.

The duo has played venues ranging from art galleries to veteran’s memorial dedications, but senior centers and assisted living facilities are among the groups favorite gigs. Said Pete Ehrmann, “It’s amazing to play great music for a generation that loves it.”

Indigent Row (2011–2013)

Progressive Celtic Fusion

  • Jesse Mitchell – Lead Vocals, Background Vocals, Bass, Acoustic Guitar, Mandolin
  • Jennifer Lee – Fiddle

  • Jennifer Scott – Violin
  • Vic Dillahay – Electric and Acoustic Guitars

Indigent Row injects energy and passion into music both centuries old and newly conceived, remaining true to the traditional Irish tunes while breathing fresh life into all that they play. Meter shifts, alternative harmonies and driving rhythms are the cornerstone of their approach as they nimbly dance the line between traditional and progressive music, blending rock, funk, jazz, folk and Celtic styles to make the songs their own. Combining original compositions with their own arrangements of traditional music, the band’s performances weave Celtic session tunes with songs of heroes and thieves, saints and scallywags, damsels and flea bitten tramps, breaking the rules and delighting their audiences. So get up off your arse and start dancing!
